Embodi Healing is a space created with deep intention – a place for reconnection, energetic alignment, and gentle transformation. Each session is guided by the belief that your body holds innate wisdom, and healing unfolds when we create space for it to be seen, felt, and supported.

To ensure we are both aligned and that this space remains grounded, respectful, and protected, please take a moment to read the formal terms below. By booking, you are agreeing to this foundation for our work together.

LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS

By booking a session or making a payment, you (the “Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Service:
Embodi Healing provides complementary and alternative energy healing services. These services are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. I am not a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

Assumption of Risk:
You voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any physical, emotional, or energetic responses that may arise during or after your session.

Release & Waiver:
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, you release Sophie van Zonneveld and Embodi Beauty & Healing Ltd from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

No Guarantees:
Healing is a unique and individual process. No specific outcomes, results, or cures are guaranteed.

Booking & Appointment Policies

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

• 48-Hour Notice Required: Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
• Late Changes & No-Shows: Cancellations within this window, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
• Rescheduling: One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional changes are not permitted.
• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL): This policy applies to all payment methods. If you have used Afterpay and forfeit your appointment, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled installments.
• Processing Fees: Merchant processing fees (approximately 7%) are non-refundable.

Confidentiality:
All information shared during your session will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).

Acceptance of Terms & Payment:
By purchasing a service via tidycal.com/embodihealing or www.embodihealing.com, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms, conditions, and policies outlined on the website.
Full payment is required to secure all bookings.

Morph Festival Participants:
Due to the in-person nature of sessions and high demand at the festival, please choose your time slot thoughtfully. Once booked, your session time is final, and there are no refunds.
