"I’ve been on journey of self-discovery for many years, and found myself in what felt like a constant battle with my surroundings, and for the life of me, I couldn’t understand why. It wasn’t until I realized that the Universe was reflecting back to me all the unhealed parts of self, that I truly chose to go inward, and take radical responsibility for all the experiences I was having in my life. I had to get real honest with myself, and deep dive into all the parts of self I had been avoiding, such as feelings of unworthiness, shame, guilt, etc., and my biggest one... my fear of being seen. The wounding was so deep, but at the bottom of it was a river of love, a river that had been waiting for me to dip my toes in, so I would realize that I could safely immerse myself in the depths of these spaces, become friends with the darkest parts of self, in order to accept, love, transmute and heal them. 🏔 I’d been taking other treatments for healing, from other practices and modalities.. and I still felt off, like something was missing.
😶🌫️ I was challenged with restless & sleepless nights, a few personal thoughts on my mind, accompanied with lower and upper back pain to make things more interesting for me to handle.
🌱 Approaching my first healing session, I didn’t know what to expect lol was a little nervous because I had no idea what would happen or what I would face as a result lolz I just wanted healing.

🐉 The days following my session, a number of things had taken place, all of which, at this time are quite personal to me but I will share that it felt like I’d entered into an accelerator, where situations would happen and people would turn up to help take care of things and my back pains had eased into no pain.. which seemed quite bizarre lol but I’m not complaining.. just amazed😊
