To create a space where you can come as you are, feel truly seen, and reconnect with yourself.

Hey lovelies, I’m Sophie.

I’m an intuitive energy healer and psychic based in beautiful Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand.

I believe you don’t have to become someone else to create a life that feels good.
So much of what we’re looking for – clarity, calm, confidence, connection – is already within us.
Sometimes we simply need the space to slow down, listen and come back to ourselves.

My own journey has taken me deep into understanding myself,
my subconscious, energy and the unseen layers of life.
I’ve invested hundreds of hours, thousands of dollars and a whole lot of curiosity,
courage and surrender into that exploration.

Along the way, I’ve learned that the most powerful shifts don’t always come from
having all the answers. Sometimes they come from being truly seen,
feeling safe enough to be honest, and having the space to let
something within you soften, shift or finally be heard.

That’s what I love creating for other people.

When you work with me, you don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
We simply start with where you are and let the session unfold.

Through conversation, intuitive guidance, psychic insight and energy work,
we create space for whatever is ready to move – whether that’s finding clarity,
releasing what you’ve been carrying, calming your system or reconnecting with yourself.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be or give you a formula for your life.

It’s to meet you where you are, tune into what’s there,
and hold a space where you can come back to yourself.

To feel more like yourself.
To trust yourself a little more.
To leave with more clarity, calm and space than you arrived with.

I believe you are already whole.
Sometimes you just need a little space to remember.

I’m very spiritual,

I’m warm, grounded, deeply heart-led and probably going to laugh with you at some point.

moments and the beautiful relief that comes when something finally clicks.

I’m here to listen deeply, tune in, tell you what I see and
hold a space where you can be completely yourself.

No judgement, no pretending and absolutely no need to have it all together.

2am and the things you haven’t quite found the words for yet.

You don’t need to perform, prepare or figure anything out before you arrive.

✨ MY JOURNEY INWARD ✨

For many years, I’ve been on a journey of figuring myself out.

I often felt like I was in a constant battle with 
my surroundings and, honestly, 
I couldn’t understand why.

I kept looking outside of myself for answers, wondering what needed to change, when eventually I realised there was somewhere else I needed to look.

Inward.

I began to see how much of what I was experiencing was inviting me to look more deeply at myself. 
At the parts I had pushed away. 
The feelings I didn’t want to feel. 
The stories I had been carrying. 
The places where I felt unworthy, 
ashamed, guilty or afraid.

And underneath all of that was something I had 
been avoiding for a very long time:

My fear of being seen.

So I got honest with myself.

Really honest.

I started meeting the parts of myself I had 
spent years trying to outrun, and slowly 
learned that I didn’t need to fight them, 
fix them or become someone different to be okay.

I could get curious about them.
I could listen to them.
I could love them.

The wounding went deeper than I realised, but so did the love.

It felt like discovering a river that had been there all along, quietly waiting for me to step into it.
 
To realise I could enter those deeper places within myself and still be safe.
 
That I could meet the parts I had been afraid of with compassion instead of judgement.

And as I began to accept, love and heal those parts of myself, my life began to change.

Not because I became a completely different person.

Because I became more me.

More honest. 
More connected. 
More trusting. 
More willing to be seen.

And I’m still learning. 
Still peeling back layers. 
Still having moments that ask me to 
go deeper, soften more and meet another part of myself with love.

I don’t believe this journey has an endpoint.

I think we keep discovering ourselves.

And perhaps that’s one of the most beautiful things I’ve learned: 
you don’t have to have it all figured out to be deeply connected to yourself.

I’m still on my own journey, 
and I don’t pretend to have all the answers. 
What I do have is lived experience, a deep trust in this work, and a genuine love for walking alongside people as they explore their own inner world.

That’s the heart of Embodi.

A space to meet yourself with more honesty, compassion and love.

To understand yourself more deeply, make peace with the parts of you you’ve been learning to understand, 
and create the space to grow into more of who you are.

Because the journey isn’t about arriving somewhere 
or becoming a finished version of yourself.

It’s about continuing to discover yourself, trusting what you find, and giving yourself permission to keep evolving along the way.

And I think that’s where so much of the magic lives... in the journey, and in the being.
